Eiraf Wali Dawoud finished her BS in Geophysics from the University of Leeds. For her dissertation, she studied auto-correlation and cross-correlation experiments to prove there is no trade-off between velocity and frequency perturbations when using seismic wave interferometry followed by the coda wave interferometry theories in controlled simulated experiments. After her BS degree, she worked for approximately three years in the oil and gas industry, mainly as an exploration geophysicist. She has worked with seismic interpretations, well logs and datasets, as well as well operations. She is interested in widening her knowledge in exploration geoscience in all aspects.
In her free time she enjoys scuba diving and volunteering.
